We want you to love your FREDA SALVADOR purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, pristine merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided.

• 3.
  Package Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original dust bag and box, then secure them inside a shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location. Your refund will be processed once the return is inspected.
